The past is history, the future is a mystery and this moment is a gift- that's why it's called the Present.

Selective Developing
This is a technique called selective developing. Basically you paint developer on to your image- its kind of cool but its a gamble because its hard to tell where you are painting onto your image. anyway- two finals down- many more to go but only one tomorrow :)
First and foremost, there once was a little girl who fell down a well and her family called her Juice- my sister Kimberly became such a fan of this nickname that the day I came out of the womb she tagged me 'juice' to never again refer to me as abbie-Years later it caught on amongst friends and acquaintances and now I find myself answering to Juice far more than I do Abbie. SO anyway- I am a 23 year old student studying apparel design to one day NOT become a designer at all. I am currently at the University of Rhode Island but have previously attended the FIT in New York City,FIDM in Los Angeles and Colorado State University in Fort Collins. I find it superbly exciting to think that I can do whatever I want in this life. There's something so majestic about the power that we have in our lives.I decided to start this blog for a few different reasons. Besides the love that I have for photography and how thoroughly engaged and inspired I am by other blogs,I want to challenge myself to see what I am capable of.
The biggest reason for my blog, however, is to help me stay in the present moment. Not to think about the past, or the future- but to focus on TODAY.
